• Domestic USA RETURNS: Please return to the address below, or EMAIL us for a PRE-PAID Shipping Label (Please be advised we will deduct $6.95 for this Return Label from your Refund). (NO Charge if it's for an Exchange, but a Prepaid Return Label for an Exchange can only be offered Once).

• International orders can only be exchanged, but customer is responsible for all shipping costs (return and outbound)

• We offer REFUNDS - Minus a $2.50 Restocking Fee Per Swimsuit, IF the item(s) are sent back within 14 days (based on return postmarked date). No returns for full item refund are accepted past this 14 day policy. Any returns received after 14 days will only be applied to a store item exchange*.

• All "SALE" purchases can ONLY BE EXCHANGED or ONLY STORE CREDIT can be given. No Refunds.

• We offer Exchanges on ALL items. Exchanges are only allowed IF the item(s) are sent back within 30 days (based on return postmarked date).

• If the Exchange Item costs MORE than the original item, we will send you a Paypal Link for the difference in price.

• If the Exchange Item costs LESS than the original item, unfortunately we will not be able to give you refund for the difference.

• Please include the original packing slip, or a note with the Order Number, and a reason for return/exchange.

• All items have to be in NEW condition, in the same condition they were sent, with ALL tags and Liners still attached. If not in New Condition, we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange.

• If your item came in a Soft Package you can re-use the package for the return shipping.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, in our opinion, that is doing excessive returns or exchanges.

• Due to the differences in internet service and computer screen resolutions, some items may appear slightly different in size, color and texture in reality and does not constitute imperfections or damage of the item.

• INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Chance Swimwear is not liable for any duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees incurred with international shipping. It is the client’s responsibility to investigate and understand these associated charges as well as their own countries legalities prior to purchase. If an item is refused delivery by the client on international orders for any reason, no refund will be provided and additional charges will apply.

• Chance Loves Swimsuits are made of high quality fabrics. If you take care of your suit the right way, it will last you a long time. Please read the instructions below carefully:

• DO NOT USE A DRYER as this will cause damage to the fabric, elastane, hardware and inner components.

• Always rinse your suit immediately in clean cold water after wearing it in salt or chlorine water.

• All swimwear should be cared for in the same manner as fine lingerie.

• Hand wash only in COLD water using very mild soap, shampoo or specialty lingerie detergent.

•  Do NOT use Woolite, bleach, regular detergent or stain remover.

• Lie flat or hang to dry in the shade- not direct sun

• Do NOT wear in JACUZZIS!! The heat, chlorine and rough surfaces in hot tubs are extremely bad for any swimsuit.

• Hot tubs, swimming pools and prolonged periods of sun exposure will cause increased wear to your suit. Dark and bright colors will fade quicker, and is not considered a manufacturers defect.

• Avoid Rough Surfaces, as this will cause damage and pilling.

• Suntan oils may stain and can be harmful to the fabric of your suit.
